Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve the budget which is assigned by the management.
- Formulate successful market strategy & plan for achieving individual targets.
- Prepare and attend client meetings.
- Maintain daily log of client visits, schedules and cargo opportunity.
- Respond to incoming queries and ensure the resolution of service delivery issues.
- Promote existing service lines into the market in accordance with the businesses objectives.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service, Operations and Accounts departments.
- Obtain market information and report to the management.
- Manage the accounts assigned by the management.
- Locate, secure and re-activate the new / lost customers.
